HEATING DIRECTIONS: do NOT place stuffed bear in the microwave. ONLY warm up the darker brown heatable rice-filled pouch starting at room temperature. place pouch in the microwave for around 20 second increments, up to a maximum of 60 seconds depending on microwave size and wattage. once warmed to how you'd like it, carefully place pouch in the fabric pocket on the back of the bear plush and enjoy your warm bear!

COOLING DIRECTIONS: place darker brown rice-filled pouch in a freezer safe ziplock bag, and then in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. once cooled to how you'd like it, carefully place pouch in the fabric pocket on the back of the bear plush and enjoy your cold bear!
