weighted boo-boo bear with heatable / cooling pouch plush

HEATING DIRECTIONS: do NOT place stuffed bear in the microwave. ONLY warm up the darker brown heatable rice-filled pouch at room temperature. place pouch in the microwave for around 20 second increments, up to a maximum of 60 seconds depending on microwave size and wattage. once warmed to how you'd like it, carefully place pouch in the fabric pocket on the back of the bear plush and enjoy your warm bear!

COOLING DIRECTIONS: place darker brown rice-filled pouch in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or longer if you would like it colder. once cooled to how you'd like it, carefully place pouch in the fabric pocket on the back of the bear plush and enjoy your cold bear!
